Ellen Adamson - Costume Mistress
Ellen is the Costume Mistress at the Academy of Performing Arts. From age 7 to 67, Ellen has always taken the blue ribbon for her costume creations! Ellen is a loving mother and grandmother who has always adorned her children in prize winning costumes in parades, Halloween costume contests and winter carnivals.

Ellen was a headline performer in the 60's throughout the Western United States. She has always possessed an ability to entertain an audience with her talent in dance, costuming, music, and sets, and was featured on Art Linkletter and Paul Harvey. Ellen has worked as a psychiatric nurse and was the co-founder of a program working with troubled teens. Throughout the years, Ellen has worked with various charitable organizations and has designed several prize winning parade floats. She has been with the Academy from its inception, lending her superior talents for their creative, stunning costumes in productions such as the Little Mermaid, Jungle Book, and The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe.
Brandon A Anderson - Resident Acting Instructor and an in-house Director
Brandon has performed in over twenty full-length plays, 8 original one-act plays, and a number of commercials and independent films.

During his time at Colorado State University he has performed in over eighty one-acts and directing scenes as well as directing four shows in the BlackBox theatre. He graduated in May from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Performance and Production as well as a Bachelor's Degree in English. He received a Best Actor award from The Fort Collins Coloradoan, Best Actor award for the University of Southern Colorado Scene Festival, and Lifetime Achievement Award from Colorado State University.

Nominated twice for the Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival's Irene Ryan student-actor scholarship competition, he has had the opportunity to perform in front of the nation's elite performers and producers. Mr. Anderson has directed eight shows (96 performances) for SoonToBeFamous Productions and has written four full-length plays, eight one-acts, and ten ten-minute plays.

He has produced three of his original scripts and three original ten-minute plays for both SoonToBeFamous Productions and Colorado State University Theatre's Second Season. Theatrical performances include “Private Eyes” by Steven Dietz (Adrian), “Tuna Christmas” by Bart Sears (Arles, 11 characters), “Closer” by Patrick Marber (Dan), “A Zoo Story” by Edward Albee (Jerry), “Road To Nirvana” by Arthur Kopit (Al), Dealer's Choice (Sweeney), Fame (Ralph Garcy), and The Diary of Anne Frank (Mr. Van Daan).
